Dette er en kort skriftlig oppsummering med hovedpunktene fra advokatenes prosedyrer (pleadings) som overrekkes dommeren mot slutten av hovedforhandlingen. Selve prosedyren er muntlig, men i Nederland er det vanlig at hovedpunktene nedfelles skriftlig og overrekkes etter fremføringen av den muntlige prosedyren.
Finnes det et norsk ord for det? På nederlandsk heter det 'pleitnota' eller 'pleitnotitie'
