Explanation:
Det er dette det vanligvis betyr, men jeg blir noe forvirret av at det dreier seg om farmasi, det får da være grenser for hva de putter i legemidlene, men selvsagt, nitroglysering brukes jo i hjertemedisiner, så kanskje...

Derav medium ratingen på hvor sikker jeg er!

Men har ikke hørt om slike ifm. uttrykket du spør om.
