Det er ikke enkelt å foreslå noe som kan brukes, men hvis du har litt frie tøyler kan kanskje forslaget mitt hjelpe. Etter det jeg forstår, er det sluttbrukeren (tail) som fører an (hunden) etter hvert som IT-bransjen tar opp kampen om forbrukerne (come to grips with consumerization).
