I gymboka mi paa skolen stod det "nedjogging". Begrepet gir ogsaa over 1000 treff paa Google mot ca. 200 paa nedloeping.

Jeg tror det vil vaere lurt aa jogge ned nesten uansett hvilken idrett man har bedrevet.

agree  Thomas Deschington: Dette virker veldig fornuftig. Oppvarming kan jo skje på mange måter, men ved "nedvarming" er det vel bare jogging som gjelder.

Explanation:
Slik som du beskriver det kan du bruke "løpe seg ned". Det brukte man i min tid som idrettsutøver, og man får en god del treff.
