Explanation:
Not so sure about the knob part, but wing nut is certainly vingemutter in Norwegian...

Thaks for comments; assuming wing knob nut is the appropriate expression in the first place, I\'d probably say it\'s any old nut used to fasten a wing knob. Not all such gems can be translated into a single Norwegian word, so the choice is between creating a word such as \'vingeknottmutter\' (silly if the nut isn\'t uniquely designed for this purpose) or saying \'festemutter for vingeknott\'. I have a sneaky suspicion that we\'re just talking about a plain old wing nut here, though. Comments, Asker?
