Weird term 06:16 Apr 1, 2011
The problem here is not the Hotel and Catering Decree. "All bookings are legislated" ... this is sufficiently weird to justify asking the customer what they are trying to say. "Legislated by the Hotel and Catering Decree" - downright ridiculous. A decree cannot perform legislation of bookings, whatever that means. This has all the markings of a poor translation from the original source, and the next translation step has every chance of making it worse still. I strongly suggest that the translatiuon into Norwegian should be done from the original (Finnish?) text, then maybe some of the weirdness could be ironed out. |
