Noen som vet hva dette heter på norsk? Burde være et ganske vanlig uttrykk.

*Purpose
The Shipping Authorization form is used to document all non-sales shipments, including the transfer of material between company buildings when an outside carrier is used.

*Usage
This form is completed by the Shipping Clerk preparing the material for shipment. A copy of the Shipping Authorization form is given to the Carrier and copies are forwarded to the accounts payable department and the purchasing department.

*Filing
The original Shipping Authorization form is filed in the daily issues file with the bill of lading attached.
