Jeg gjorde nettopp et søk med: kunder fulfilment logistikk og det viser at mange bruker det engelske begrepet. Det finnes et norsk firma som heter Fulfilment www.fulfilment.no - kanskje du finner noe der?

dette er jo logistikk-relatert og ikke markedsføring, men venninen svarte: "Innen logistikk betyr det kanskje at en ordre har blitt fullstendig levert, spesielt hvis den består av flere deler, elementer etc. Fullstendig leveranse??? Fullført ordre???"

Nå er dette dog et standard logistikk uttrykk så jeg hadde regnet med at det fantes noe lignende på norsk, men det skal visst være vanskelig;o) Tusen takk for at du spør kollegaen din:o)

det lyder litt sært - men det gjør jo det på engelsk også: "to fulfill a customer" ?? Det er vel kundens behov/krav som skal tilfredsstilles, ikke sant? Jeg har spurt en kollega som driver med markedsføring. Kommer tilbake hvis hun kan hjelpe.

Er ikke helt overbevist om at kundeinnfrielse er optimalt..., det er jo snakk om behovsdekning i en eller annen fasong. Men, jeg kan absolutt ta feil. Her er et par andre beskrivelser:

Det er snakk om logistikk. Systemet lar meg ikke få logistikk, kun transport. Beklager.
