Explanation:
When a doctor tries to 'gain better exposure' to somebody part, he is trying to gain access to some difficult to reach part. So we can safely translate the term "to gain better exposure" as "ਬੇਹਤਰ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ" .

Other confusing word here is 'attic' which generally refers to a Floor consisting of open space at the top of a house just below roof; often used for storage. It is called ਪੜਛੱਤੀ or ਅਟਾਰੀ. In the given context, it refers to the small open space above the middle ear, so just like the ਅਟਾਰੀ of a house, it is the ਅਟਾਰੀ of middle ear.

Asker: Dear Jelly, I agree with your answer, but wordd "attic" also sometimes used for "head" informally. so if we use ਕੰਨ ਦੇ ਮੱਧਵਰਤੀ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਰ, then is it make sense? Because I am confused whether I'll use word ਅਟਾਰੀ or not?
