مرکزی برای برآوردن تمام نیازها Explanation: I don't think this the phrase in this context refers to the actual shopping centers. As I did a research in the net, the Alliance here, refers to NATO. For sure, it doesn't mean that NATO is a one-stop shopping center. Look what Wikipedia says after the primary explanation: "The phrase is now used as slang to describe everything from Web sites to TV shows where people can find most of what they need, including information, in one place." |
