Jest jeszcze cos takiego w USA, jak w przypadku oceny przyczyn inwalidztwa, czy utraty zdrowia - branie pod uwage "contributing and causal employment", czy pracy, ktora mogla przyczynic sie do tejzez utraty..... Ale tutaj raczej nie o to chodzi, bo chyba nie zawieraja kontraktow na powodowanie utraty zdrowia :-))
