Expensed software costs associated with any project include license fees for the product as well as license fees for any support software that may be required or upgrades of existing applications needed to support better integration. Other costs may include operating systems or other desktop upgrades and network software changes. If you are outsourcing your deployment, enter the yearly cost below. Be sure to increase charges as you deploy to additional employees in future years. Add items if necessary.

Software costs that are depreciated are likely to include server costs and operating system costs. If you have not already counted them as expensed costs above, you should include them here. Czy expensed to "zaliczane w koszty", a depreciated "podlegające amortyzacji"? To tylko taka nieśmiała propozycja :)

Explanation:
Nasztata ma rację: z księgowego punktu widzenia te expensed koszty nie mogłyby być bezpośrednio zaliczone w koszty i musiałyby być amortyzowane. Odróżnienie nie dotyczy kwestii amortyzacji, lecz ustalenia kosztów oprogramowania poniesionych na dany projekt. Z jednej strony są to koszty bezpośredne, tzn. koszty programów używanych wyłącznie na ten projekt. Z drugiej strony są to koszty przydzielone, tzn. udział w kosztach oprogramowania systemowego.
