było juz to wyrażenie jako " procedura zaciągania lub wykorzystywania kredytów udzielanych przez bank" lecz nie dotyczy to chyba tego kontekstu..

agree  skisteeps: To draw to wybierać pieniądze z rachunku/linii kredytowej lub na poczet końcowej zapłaty kontraktowej. Nie zawsze jest to zaliczka, ale mieści się w tym.
