"If our payroll department needs to use an average pay calculation to pay you, this will be calculated using an average of your previous 12 weeks’ wages, including service and shift premiums, but excluding overtime or bonus payments."

Trochę się pogubiłam, bo chodzi o informacje dla nowo zatrudnionych pracowników (rozdział podręcznika dla nowych pracowników pod tytułem "How we work out average pay"). Nie za bardzo rozumiem, jak do obliczania wynagrodzenia mają się zarobki z poprzednich 12 tygodni (wychodzi na to, że w innej firmie). Czuję więc, że chodzi o coś zupełnie innego.
