I want to know how to say this in polish. It is part of a competition the user must obtain a code from a purchase at their local store, without the code they cannot enter the competition.

Is "Pobierz kod z zakupu." correct?

It depends on the context and senteces before and after. First emphasises that you receive the code when you purchase, the second that to get the code you need to do a purchase.
