Zazwyczaj mówi się potocznie o granulacie, kostce lub kotletach. Może rozwinąć ten termin jakoś w ten sposób, żeby uniknąć "mięsa sojowego" (zwanego czaem jeszcze śmieszniej: mięso wegetariańskie)?
