Współczuję, bo miałam kiedyś do czynienia z dokumentami ACE i ich jezyk jest koszmarny; najczęściej tłumaczone sa na ang. z niemieckiego lub francuskiego.
Nie jestem jednak pewna, czy Twoje pytania podpadają pod hasło "architektura" - choc dotycza organizacji architektów, raczej należą do dziedziny prawa/dokumentów itp.
