It can happen to your retina eg. due to (certain diseases accompanied by) shortsightedness. According to , at least 3 I had in my life, Polish optometrists "siatkowka moze sie odwarstwic/odkleic", when you exert yourself. T
hat is only one type of damage, although certainly one of the most common to this part of our body.
