Many thanks for this. I was at a complete loss for words with this one. And the whole idea that that there is an expectation that this is a nice-sounding phrase...and the difficulty of explaining that it is not, that it seems so contrived and disingenuous...now I have a headache! But many, many thanks nevertheless.

agree  Ewa Luchowska-Mertl: Brzmi strasznie, ale jest to jedyne rozwiązanie. Może zamiast "obywatelstwo" dać "przynależność państwową"?...
