English to Polish translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Automotive / Cars & Trucks / maluch maluszek malacz kaszlak pierdziel | | English term or phrase: rebuilt/remanufactured | As in "rebuilt engine" or "remanufactured engine".
I am trying to find and purchase a rebuilt 594 cc engine for my 1980 Fiat 126p. This would be an engine which was dismantled into its smallest parts and inspected and reassembled cleaned/repaired with repaired/replaced parts as necessary so that the resulting component is as close to original factory specifications as possible - and functionally new.
A candidate engine would, for example, be taken initially from a junked/wrecked car.
Rebuilt components, such as engines or transmissions, are readily-available through retail channels, often ordered by dealer service as an excellent money-saving alternative to new replacement parts for an older car.
Is this practiced in Poland?
