Good news: we agree on torque.
1) Primo nie ma czegoś takiego, jak "wskazany znamionowy moment obrotowy":
There is "indicated" and "raw" and "torque." Somebody has indicated the "raw" (uncorrected, basic) value of "torque".
So, now we do not translate "indicated" or "raw."

2) Secundo tu nie chodzi o wartości znamionowe (czyli wartości katalogowe dla obrotów znamionowych), lecz o wartości chwilowe, dla wszelkich stanów obciążenia.

This is not clear to me. Yes, torque depends on the rpm of the engine, etc., but there are curves for that for the engine before it is tricked out. This is the meaning of "indicated" to me.

3) The ability of "nominal" to describe "raw" is open to debate. "Raw" means "surowy" in Polish, so clearly we have to search for a good term. We've tried a few, and I am offering another. Perhaps, none come close to its meaning. Nominal, to me means values for which the engine is rated "out of the box."
4) pressure x area = force, all of that in "indicated"? Times the sine of the angle no less? I think this overcomplicates things.
Anyway, I've said all that I am going to say. I think this is a useful discussion, and all points of view have been heard.

Tutaj dalej, bo w komentarzu nie ma dość miejsca.

Tertio podane definicje wartości znamionowych raz, ze nie maja związku z pytaniem (bo tu nie o wartości znamionowe chodzi), a dwa są nieadekwatne do opisu mocy i momentu znamionowego silników samochodów.

Quatro słówko "indicated" nie znaczy tu dosłownie "wskazany", lecz oznacza siły gazowe (ciśnienie razy powierzchnia tłoka), które pomnożone przez sinus kata położenia wykorbienia danego cylindra i polowe skoku tłoka (= promień wykorbienia) dają chwilowy __wewnętrzny__ moment obrotowy dla danego tłoka.

Moment wewnętrzny, albowiem z zewnątrz, na kole zamachowym, ten moment pomniejszony jest o straty wewnętrzne (głownie na tarcie), przez co moment zewnętrzny - użyteczny - mniejszy jest o kilkanaście..kilkadziesiąt procent od momentu wewnętrznego.

Słówko "raw" ma tutaj na myśli właśnie te pierwotne, wewnętrzne siły gazowe i moment z nich powstający, jeszcze bez strat. Ten wewnętrzny moment można by wyznaczyć np. z wykresu indykatorowego, na co właśnie wskazuje słówko "indicated".
