plan hipotetycznych akcji menedzerskich Explanation: PHANTOM STOCK PLAN is an executive incentive concept whereby an executive receives a bonus based on the market appreciation of the company's stock over a fixed period of time. The hypothetical (hence phantom) amount of shares involved in the case of a particular executive is proportionate to his or her salary level. The plan works on the same principle as a CALL OPTION (a right to purchase a fixed amount of stock at a set price by a particular date). Unlike a call option, however, the executive pays nothing for the option and therefore has nothing to lose. opcja hipotetycznych akcji dla zarzadu/kierownictwa spolki/firmy Explanation: In USA it is an employee benefit plan that gives selected employees (senior management, highly valued employees) many of the benefits of stock ownership without actually giving them any company stock. Rather than getting physical stock the phantom stock is "pretend" but it follows the actual price movement of the company stock. Then profits are paid out as cash or check. common sense |
