A more or less sizeable share of each fund’s capital consists of limited or already assigned gains (interest, dividends, exchanger rate gains, etc.) that normally for part of the inventory value, the issuing price and the buy-back price. If a new shareholder now joins the fund, the share of the calculated value that corresponds to the gains is also booked to or taken from the applicable gains account when this shareholder returns shares.
