Polish translation:serwitut
Explanation:
Easement, or right of way is a territory on which a certain property (building, railway line, highway etc) is situated. For instance - a railway line /a motor highway crosses many land properties, owned by various land owners. But the easement is that piece of land upon which the railway/highway has been built, plus a limited extra area, surrounding it, and its owner is the owner of the relevant owner of the railway line/ highway. On a highway the easement includes the land on which the highway has been built + some 5-7 meters peripherial land on its both ends all along the highway's length.
