Annual acceleration will be applied to Quota Credit achievement of over 100% of the total annual Quota assigned to a Participant.
The accelerator rate is the sales incentive compensation rate that applies to the portion of Quota Credit above 100% of the Participant’s total Quota. All sales incentive compensation acceleration rates and tiers will be defined on the Participant’s individual Exhibit A.
