(aktualny wyciąg ze stanem konta) Explanation: Propozycja na podstawie: DETAILED RECORD OF DEPOSIT FORM DATE OF DEPOSIT: ____________ DEPOSITED TO WHICH ACCOUNT: ______________ Amounts of Source of Explanation Individual Account Cheques Cheque Amounts Number Deposited Within Cheques Używa się czegoś takiegop w rozliczeniach podatkowych. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2002-12-27 10:24:26 (GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Next, take out all the cheques made out to your PIRG that you have accumulated since your last deposit, as well as your banking deposit book. Carefully write out the details of each cheque you are depositing in the deposit book one by one, making sure to include who it was from and what is was for. If there is room for the budget account number each cheque is being deposited to, include that - this information will be needed in doing the bookkeeping to accurately break down the bank deposit into your PIRG\'s individual accounts. If there isn\'t room to record the information needed for bookkeeping, use a separate sheet (see the Record of Deposit Form in the appendices). If you use such a form, then you will need to keep it with things that you\'ll need for bookkeeping, or the stuff that you send to the bookkeeper. Reference: http://www.pirg.ca/bookkeep |
