Pirazynian trochę niehalo mi brzmi bo pirazyna nie jest kwasem :) Ale skoro pyrazinoic acid się po polsku nazywa kwas pirazynowy (a nie np. "pirazynoesowy" tak jak beznoic jest benzoesowy) to chyba trzeba powiedzieć pirazynian (a nie np. "pirazynoesan"). Albo opisowo "ester/sól kwasu pirazynowego".

Poprawka: spotkałem drugą polską wg mnie poprawniejszą nazwę - kwas pirazynokarboksylowy. Ester nazywa się w tym układzie PIRAZYNOKARBOKSYLAN i to jest moja bardziej prawdopodobna odpowiedź na pytanie. W odnośniku rys. struktury związku się zgadza z opisem.
