nauczyciel/ka przedmoitu teatr;nauczycel/ka przedmiotu wiedzy o teatrze
Explanation:
In the USA and Britain, drama is a curriculum subject. In the US, pupils collect credits for the course. In the UK they can take drama as a subject as a GCSE exam and as a GCE Advanced level exam. So the schools employ drama teachers (who may also run school drama clubs as extra-curricular activities).

I deliberately steered clear of'drama' because I know many teachers and methodologists in Poland who use the term when talking about role play (in cross-curricular contexts).
I thought long and hard about 'dramaturgia', but was concerned that it could be interpreted as meaning a script as distinct from other literary forms, or as only the compostion and action of a script, or as the technical devices used to write a play - these are the contexts in which I have heard and encounter the word - rather than about theatre as a whole.
Although I of course agree with Barbara PMiller in principle - drama is a word which can be used to talk not only about theatre, but also about film and television, I've done some checking on Google and as far as I can see, in the UK and the USA, Drama as a curricular subject in secondary and high schools seems to deal with theatre. Of course, at tertiary level, it's altogether different.

So, maybe something along the lines of: 'nauczyciel/ka od teorii i praktykii teatru'? Sorry if the Polish grammar isn't quite right - may I plaed the lateness of the hour?

Sprawdziłam w sieci: "wiedza o teatrze" jest przedmiotem dodatkowym w niektórych liceach, więc nie ma sensu dalej kombinować. A do tego warsztaty teatralne (w tych samych szkołach). Bardzo dziękuję wszystkim! :)

disagree  Caryl Swift: Drama is a subject on school curricula in both Britain and the USA and it's taught just like any other subject.Of course there are also school drama clubs and they may be run by one of the drama teachers, but adrama teacher is a teacher like any other.

drama

Explanation:
the best translation is "profesor DRAMATURGII" or "nauczyciel/ka dramaturgii". The term "drama" does not refer only to the theatre; one can employ it in film, television and literature. The Polish term covers all these meanings.
