W umowie o współpracy z brytyjską uczelnią zagraniczną, - uczelnia ta sporządziła umowę w której jest taka definicja (University - oznacza tą uczelnie zagraniczną):
“Associate Students” shall mean students who are registered by the University as associate students on the Programmes delivered in the University’s name and who are thereby entitled to a limited access of University facilities namely on-line library facilities

Dalej jest oczywiście definicja - students: “Students” shall mean students/persons enrolled or to be enrolled at the University or who receive the education comprised in the Programme
