Cokolwiek wymyslimy, moim zdaniem powinno to byc tlumaczenie uniwersalne \"board of trustees\", ktore jest cialem powszechnie spotykanym np. w rozmaitych fundacjach (patrz definicja z Webstera u leffa ponizej), gdzie slowo \"naukowy\" nie ma zastosowania.

Ergo Rada Naukowa i Board of Trustes mają ze sobą wspólne tylko pierwsze słowo
