dwuletni/trzyletni certyfikat Explanation: imvho certyfikat nadaje większą rangę; wewnętrzne zaświadczenia o odbyciu różnych form szkoleniowych (samodoskonalenie itd) - tak jak to jest np. w mojej firmie mają mniejszy ciężar gatunkowy niż certyfikaty. taka jest moja propozycja. |
