  -> Nie wiem. Twoja wersja jest bardzo prawdopodobna, ale wszędzie jest "top one-eighth": http://je.pl/g195 . Nie umiem wymyślić, w jakim celu ktoś miałby wyznaczać/ustalać dolną jedną ósmą (jednak takiej możliwości nie wykluczam).
