Chodzi zapewne o to, że uczeń osiągnął poziom 2 i w skali wymagań/umiejętności przewidzianych opisem tego poziomu sytuuje się pośrodku. Nie jest to mocna-dwójka-prawie-trójka, ani ledwo-ledwo dwójka - po prostu przeciętna dwójka. Sądząc z podanego przez askera opisu oczekiwań dla tej grupy wiekowej - średnia strefa stanów niskich;).
Propozycje tłumaczenia innych stopni tej skali:
high - wysoki/mocny
secure - średni/pewny
low/just - niski/słaby
