Explanation:
In a multipart question PART A asks you to work out something.
PARTS B, C and D of the question require you to use the figure you obtained in PART A in a new calculation. If you had got the answer to PART A wrong, PARTS B, C and D would also be wrong. ERROR CARRIED FORWARD means that if you did PART A wrong, you WOULD NOT get marked down because of it for questions in PARTS B, C and D. The examiner would just conveniently "assume" the figure you got in PART A was correct, and mark B, C and D accordingly.

Powtórzony błąd to błąd identyczny popełniony w tym samym wyrazie lub konstrukcji wyrażonej tymi samymi wyrazami.

nie wiem co prawda, o jaki przedmiot chodzi, ale ja rozumiem to tak, że jeśli uczeń np. na dyktandzie z polskiego kilka razy napisał "błont" zamiast "błąd", albo na sprawdzianie z angielskiego parokrotnie napisał "erorr" zamiast "error", to nauczyciel odejmie mu punkty tylko raz, bo uczeń popełnił tylko jeden błąd, którego następnie się trzymał

co do matematyki, to jeśli uczeń napisał np. "12" zamiast "21" i konsekwentnie powtarzał tą nieszczęsną dwunastkę przez całe zadanie, to mimo że końcowy wynik jest błędny, wciąż może uzyskać pewną ilość punktów za poprawny tok rozumowania
