Kontekst:" The flying band cutting machine is characterized by a vertical arch and by 3 flywheels. The main movements are three:
- cutting movement
- the blades rotation (tool)
- panel speed matching
The machine bed frame is made of electrically welded steel, and is the support of the whole structure. The cutting arch runs over it. The bed carries the guides for the longitudinal sliding of the arch, the movement is obtained by means of a brushless motor with a pinion and rack power transmission. The arch is made of electrically welded steel and carries three flywheels, one of which (intermediate flywheel) is mounted on a tensioning slide through a pressure controlled oleo dynamic cylinder. The second flywheel (lower flywheel) is coupled with a three-phase motor driven by inverter so as to set the most suitable blade speed for the kind of panel being processed. The arch's transversal movement, which performs the cutting movement, is obtained by means of another brush less motor and such application allows the control of the cutting speed curves. Before and after the cutting blade there are two pneumatic damps that avoid unforeseen movements of the processing panel. The upper blade guide is assembled on a mobile rod and can be adjusted in height depending on the panel's thickness.
