Expander Rollers:
Change the roller as above instructions.
Loosen the expansion drive and end-plugs in the tube.
Hexagonal wrench 14mm, expander out-feed end.
Socket wrench 24mm, expander drive-end.
Release the bolt, and knock the bolt head with a hammer so the expander becomes loose.
Pull out the expander pieces.
Check that the new tubes are clean and smooth inside.
Push the expander plugs in the new tube.
Tighten to 80-100 Nm.
Put the rollers back.
Fasten the long drive bolt (tighten loose).
Fasten the out-feed bearings (tighten loose).
Center the rollers.
Fasten the drive bolt until 120 Nm, and tighten the bearings at the out-feed.

Removing the abrasive rollers is quick and easy using the expander system. A double-geared belt drives the abrasive rollers. Each roll has a different RPM, resulting in an optimal operation with a high capacity.

Depending on the position in a peeling line, a support frame and a switch box with frequency controls can also be supplied. This allows the abrasive rollers and conveyor screw to be set independently to achieve optimal peeling results.
