Explanation:
Aczkolwiek w przypadku funduszy inwestycyjnych częściej występują "shares" czyli "tytuły uczestnictwa". Bez kontekstu, mogą to być też obligacje spółek, ale również inne instrumenty finansowe.

Zgadzam się z Adamem - zapoznaj się z całym tekstem, a ponadto, jeżeli masz taką możliwość, skonsultuj się z klientem. Poza tym w sieci jest wiele prospektów funduszy inwestycyjnych po polsku - jest z czego czerpać wiedzę.

agree  Wojciech Suchomski: popularna nazwa to jednostki inwestycyjne, ale oficjalna to "certyfikaty inwestycyjne", a fundusz jest ich "emitentem". Znalazlem strone po angielsku, gdzie sa objasnione Notes: http://www.info.gov.hk/hkma/eng/efn/investment_b.htm
