Z kontekstu wynika, że chodzi o głosowanie, w którym broker może głosować (o ile się na to zdecyduje) tylko "za". Polskiego odpowiednika raczej nie ma, w Europie to konstrukcja nieznana (mamy głosowanie osobiste, przez pełnomocnika, korespondencyjne lub według instrukcji), stąd taka, nazwijmy to nowatorska, propozycja.
