Explanation:
Ponieważ jest to umowa odwołująca się do konkretnej ceny publikowanej po angielsku przez LME, zdecydowanie radzę umieścić w tłumaczeniu umowy także angielski oryginał.

Buyer price to cena oferowana przez składających zlecenia kupna. W Polsce (i na innych rynkach niż LME) znana jest jak cena bid (w przeciwieństwie do ceny ask, której żąda składający zlecenie sprzedaży). Może tłumaczenie angielskiego słowa jako anglicyzmu pochodzącego od innego słowa jest dziwne, ale moim zdaniem tekst będzie w ten sposób bardziej zrozumiały dla odbiorcy.

Z kolei "cash price" odwołuje się do momentu dostawy i rozliczenia transakcji (w przeciwieństwie do transakcji terminowej i transakcji natychmiastowej) - za dwa dni robocze:

The Cash prompt date is two business days from today followed by other daily prompts up to three months

Po polsku nie mamy na to zgrabnego określenia (jedynie transakcja natychmiastowa/spot, ale taka transakcja rozliczana jest najpóźniej w następnym dniu roboczym).
