We fliperowym żargonie używa się niemal wyłącznie angielskiego - pewnie dlatego, że nie ma zlokalizowanych stołów :) Tak więc multiball to multiball - tłumaczenie opisowe nie ma tu sensu.
Jeśli anglicyzm miałby razić, można napisać "trafiłem premię/bonus/specjala/najwyższy wynik" itp. - wtedy również mogą rozdzwonić się dzwonki i zaczną strzelać wiosełka/łapki.
