Wpisałem ten termin, ale właściwie chodzi mi o sens drugiej części zdania. Fragment tekstu, w którym się pojawia, dotyczy historii powojennej diaspory żydowskiej w Stanach Zjednoczonych:

Nie bardzo rozumiem, jakich "środowisk" dotyczy ten opór (tekst wydaje się sugerować, że tych, które dążą do wyrwania się z pęt ortodoksyjnego judaizmu, ale jak to pogodzić ze "zwrotem ku lewicy", która właśnie wspiera takie dążenia?) No i o jakie "istniejące populacje" chodzi w końcówce?
