English term or phrase: one-half time overtime premium
Your overtime pay will be calculated by dividing your weekly rate of pay by the total number of hours you worked during the week and then multiplying that rate of pay for the workweek by the ***one-half time overtime premium***.

Nie jestem pewien znaczenia wyrażenia ***one-half time overtime premium***.

Będę wdzięczny za pomoc.

Polish translation:dodatek 50% czyli 150% stawki godzinowej
Explanation:
The additional amount given to employees for the overtime hours. Usually this is the "half-time" in time and one-half. For example, if an employee's hourly pay rate is $10 per hour and the employee works 41 hours in a week, the overtime premium is $5 per hour. The worker will earn $415 for the 41 hours. ($400 for 40 hours plus $10 + $5 for the one hour of overtime.) - http://www.accountingcoach.com/terms/O/overtime-premium.html

Time-and-a-half is when a worker (or workers) is paid 1.5 times their usual hourly rate. It is usually paid as an incentive to work on a particular day (e.g. on Sundays) or as government-mandated compensation for having workers work on particular days (e.g. public holidays). - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time-and-a-half
