Then the question should get rephrased - "The whole sky is falling angle ", jakby "formuła upadłych niebios";
"the falling angle"..?

Może tak należałoby to zapisac dla jasności:

They love the whole "sky is falling" approach (=They love presenting things in a dramatic way, as though a disaster is happening).
