Chodzi o współpracę władz lokalnych z różnych krajów w ramach UE, wymianę doświadczeń, współpracę w ramach miast partnerskich/biżniaczych (Twin Cities), wspólny udział w projektach europejskich.
Funkcjonuje nazwa angielska, ale chciałabym coś spolszczonego. |
