najpierw wprowadzenie: 1szym pozwanym jest kierowca pojazdu, a 2gim Biuro Ubezpieczycieli Komunikacyjnych. Wnoszący odszkodowanie ustalił, że kierowca nie był ubezpieczony i spowodował wypadek

'The claimant accepts that only if a final judgement is obtained against the 1st defendant (whch judgement is not satisfied in full within 7 days from the date upon which the claimant became entitled to enforce it) can the 2nd defendant be required to satisfy the judgement and then only if the terms and conditions set out in the agreement are satisfied. Until that time any liability of the 2nd defendant is only contingent.

No może faktycznie wyroki wykonywane są raczej "na stronie postpowania" a nie "przez stronę postępowania" Chociaz wydawałoby się, że kiedy strona zastosowuje się do wyroku to wykonuje go... troche się może zapęliłem
