Tekst jest raportem napisanym przez Niemca po angielsku. A ja w dodatku nie jestem specjalistą od tłumaczeń dot. ubezpieczeń. Czy można tę frazę przetłumaczyć jako:

"bez utraty prawa do roszczeń wobec ubezpieczycieli"

??? Please, help. I wiem, wiem, że "without prejudice" już było w ProZ. :o)
