Dosłownie "zapisanych zastawów rejestrowych (na nich)", ale dałbym krótko, bo każdy zastaw rejestrowy ma to do siebie, że jest gdzieś zapisany i jest ustanowiony na czymś. Słowo "monetary" to właśnie "rejestrowy" (w odróżnieniu od zastawu "fizycznego").

Cechą odróżniającą zastaw rejestrowy od zastawu zwykłego jest to, że dla powstania tego zastawu nie jest konieczne wydanie zastawionej rzeczy we władanie zastawnikowi lub osobie trzeciej.
