chodzi mi o fragment:

Czyli co?
"wy/zakupić ubezpieczenie za wartość odtworzeniową (?) takich danych, lub... ZA konsekwencje utraty lub zniszczenia... itp."
Czy brakuje tam czasownika "bear" (consequences)? Ale jeśli nawet, to jakie jest znaczenie zdania?
"nie będzie w stanie wykupić, ANI ponieść konsekwencji?" WTF?!!!

ubezpieczenie na pokrycie wartości odtworzeniowej takich danych i/lub nośników lub ubezpieczenie od ich utraty lub zniszczenia.
Taki jest moim zdaniem sens, ale nie specjalizuję się w ubezpieczeniach.
