Mam przed sobą "promotership agreement" - termin "promotership" występuje wyłącznie na początku umowy i nie jest konkretnie zdefiniowane, co oznacza. Oto kontekst, który być może komuś coś rozjaśni (mniej -jak widać- nie pomógł):

X has accepted vis-a-vis the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (the "CSSF") the Promotership of Z, an investment company.
As a consequence of X acting as Promoter to third parties in relation to Z,, it may according to YYY law, be liable to indemnify Z investors for any loss arising from irregularities, inadequacies or omissions in Z investment management or distribution.

X is acting as Promoter of Z within the scope of its regular business activities.

The parties intend to set out herein the principles of Promotership of X, in particular the duties and obligations of both parties.
