In preparation for the installation of IS-U xx, the company xyz decided to upgrade R/3 instances from 46C to R/3 Enterprise 4.7 with extention set 2.00.

Sb performed the upgrade on the project instance.

"...xyz zdecydowała się uaktualnić systemy R/3 z wersji 46C do wersji R/3 Enterprise 4.7 z zaimplementowanym extension set 2.00".
"...przeprowadził upgrade na systemie należącym do projektu". Projekt może dotyczyć operacji aktualizacji systemu w przedsiębiorstwie(?).

Osobiście pozostawiłabym "extension set" w oryginale.

neutral  Marta Williams: hmm, pomijajac polskie znaczenie "instancji", w artykule z linka jest podkreslone istnienie tylko jednej "instancji" jako najwieksza zaleta i to dla wszystkich.... "dywizji" :)) .Same kalki w tym artykule.
